BİLDİRİ ÖZETİ

BİLDİRİ GÖNDERİM KURALLARI

- Bildiri özetleri Bilim Danışma Kurulu tarafından değerlendirilerek, kabul veya red mektupları 18 Şubat 2019 tarihine kadar başvuru sahiplerine iletilecek ve aynı zamanda Sempozyum resmi web sitesinde ilan edilecektir.
- Bildiri özetlerinin son gönderim tarihi 9 Şubat 2019 olup, bu tarihten sonra gönderilen bildiriler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
- Bildiriler sözlü sunum şeklinde gerçekleştirilecektir.
- Programda yer aldığı halde Sempozyumda sunulmayan veya özeti zamanında teslim edilmeyen bildiriler yayımlanmayacaktır.
- Bilim Danışma Kurulu tarafından değerlendirilerek kabul edilen bildirilerin tam metni Sempozyum kitabında basılacak,  bildiri özetleri ise sempozyum web sitesinde online olarak yayımlanacaktır.
- Tam metinlerin son gönderim tarihi 31 Mayıs 2019 olup, bu tarihten sonra gönderilen tam metinler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.

ÖZET YAZIM VE GÖNDERİM KURALLARI
- Gönderilecek özet bildirilerin sempozyum tema başlıkları ile ilgili olması gerekmektedir. Bildiri özeti gönderim formunda bildirinizin ait olduğu tema başlığını lütfen belirtiniz.
-Özet bildirinin içeriği yazarın/yazarların sorumluluğundadır. Bilim Danışma Kurulu bildiri özetinde herhangi bir düzeltme yapmayacaktır.
- Bildiri özetleri sunum başlığını, yazar/yazarların bilgileri ile e-posta adreslerini içermelidir.
- Bildiri özetleri kurallara uygun olmalı ve amaç, yöntem, temel sonuçlar ve tartışma bölümlerini içermelidir.
- Türkçe özetin tamamı başlık, yazarın ad ve adresleri hariç olmak üzere 300 kelimeyi geçmemelidir. Ayrıca özet metnin İngilizcesi de gönderilmelidir.
- Sözlü bildirilerin sunum süresi kabul mektupları ile iletilecektir.
- Özetler Microsoft Office Word programında Times New Roman karakterinde, başlık 12 ve metin 10 punto olacak şekilde yazılmalıdır.
- İsimler sadece ilk harf büyük olacak şekilde küçük harflerle kısaltılmadan 10 punto ile yazılmalı ve yazar/yazarların çalıştıkları kurumlar belirtilmelidir.

YAZARLARIN DİKKAT ETMESİ GEREKEN NOKTALAR
-Bildiriler sadece Sempozyum web sitesi üzerinden online olarak kabul edilecektir. Posta veya faks ile gönderilen özetler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
-Özet sahiplerine "Özet Formu Alındı" maili otomatik olarak gönderilecektir.
- Başlıklarda kısaltmalar kullanılmamalıdır.
- Kabul veya red mektuplarınız e-mail adresinize gönderilecektir.

DİKKAT: Özetler bildiri kitapçığında orijinal hali ile basılacak olup herhangi bir düzeltme yapılmayacaktır. Bu nedenle özetin okunaklı olması, dilbilgisi kurallarına uygun olması ve üzerine silinti yapılmaması önem taşımamaktadır.

The 2nd International Symposium on Woman and Law organized by Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University School of Law and Union of Turkish Bar Associations will be held on March 8-9, 2019 in Ankara, Turkey. The theme of the Symposium will be women related problems in law. In this regard, the Symposium is welcoming papers from all branches of law.

RULES FOR SUBMISSON OF ABSTRACTS

• The abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Advisory Board. Accepted abstracts will be announced on the Symposium website. In addition to this, letters of acceptance and declination will be sent until 18th of February 2019.
• The abstract submission deadline is February 9, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.
• Selected papers will be realized as oral presentation.
• Accepted abstracts will be published on the Symposium website. Moreover, full texts of the accepted papers will be published in the Symposium Book. 
• Either the abstracts or the full texts of the papers that are accepted but not presented in the Symposium sessions will not be published.
• Submission deadline for the full texts of the papers to be published is May 31, 2019.

ABSTRACT WRITING AND SUBMISSION RULES

• The abstracts should be relevant to the symposium theme titles. Please make a mention of the theme title, which your paper is relevant to, in the application form.
• The content of the abstract is author(s)' responsibility. Scientific Advisory Board would not make any corrections on the abstract.
• The abstracts should include presentation title, information about author(s) and e-mail addresses.
• The abstracts should be in accordance with the symposium rules and include purpose, methodology, basic conclusions and argumentation parts.
• Turkish abstract should not exceed 300 words excluding the title, author's name and address. Also an English version of the abstract should be sent.
• Information about the duration of presentations will be sent with the acceptance letters.
• Abstracts should be formatted in Microsoft Word using size 12 Times New Roman font for the title and 10 for the text.
• Names should be written using size 10 Times New Roman font and only initials should be upper case letters. 

POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED BY AUTHORS

• The abstracts and the full texts of papers will only be accepted online via the Symposium website. Texts sent via mail or fax will not be reviewed.
• Paper owners will receive an automatic e-mail stating "Form Received".
• No abbreviation should be used in the titles of abstracts or full texts.
• Letters of acceptance or declination will be sent to authors' e-mail addresses both for the abstracts and the full texts.

WARNING: Abstracts as parts of the full texts will be published in the Symposium Book without any change. Therefore, please pay attention to send your abstracts as legible, grammatical and without any erasures.
